SEC charges - Alameda's Ellison and FTX's cofounder Wang plead guilty to fraud

This is going to make life more difficult for Sam Bankman-Fried to avoid his fraud charges.

The US charged Alameda's Caroline Ellison and FTX's cofounder Gary Wang for their roles in a scheme stretching over many years to defraud equity investors in FTX. SEC said Ellison and Wang are cooperating with the investigation that is ongoing.
