Judge Rejects FTX’s Bankman-Fried’s Motions to Dismiss Criminal Charges

The federal judge overseeing the case against FTX Founder Sam Bankman-Fried has now rejected all pre-trial motions filed by his legal teams to dismiss 10 of the 13 criminal charges against him.
