FUNFF / FansUnite Entertainment upsizes non-brokered private placement to raise up to $3M due to strong investor demand

FansUnite Entertainment Inc (TSX:FANS, OTCQX:FUNFF) has announced that it will upsize its previously announced non-brokered private placement to raise up to $3 million, from up to £2 million initially, due to strong investor demand and will now issue up to 37,500,000 units at a price of $0.08 per unit. “We are pleased to receive significant support from the investment community, which led us to upsize our offering due to the strong investor demand,” said Scott Burton, CEO of FansUnite in a statement.
