SKYE / Skye Bioscience signs agreement to merge with Emerald Health Therapeutics

Skye Bioscience Inc (OTCQB:SKYE) and Emerald Health Therapeutics Inc said they have entered into a definitive agreement that will see Skye acquiring Emerald in a share-for-share transaction.
