TIHRF / Tharisa says start of construction at the Karo Platinum Project officially recognised in a ceremony

Tharisa PLC (LSE:THS, JSE:THA, OTC:TIHRF) has announced that the start of construction at the Karo Platinum Project was officially recognised in a ceremony at the site today attended by the Honourable Winston Chitando, Zimbabwe's Minister of Mines & Development. The platinum group metals (PGMs) and chrome co-producer, which is dual-listed on the Johannesburg and London stock exchanges, is a 70% shareholder in Karo Mining Holdings which in turn indirectly owns 85% of the Karo Platinum Project, with the Government of Zimbabwe holding the remaining 15%, on a free carry basis.
