Bloom Burton Securities Inc is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering and the number of units to be distributed, the price of each unit and the exercise price of each common share purchase warrant will be determined by negotiation between the company and Bloom Burton in the context of the market with final terms to be determined at the time of pricing.
