Cerro de Pasco Resources (CSE:CDPR, OTC:GPPRF) (CDPR) has announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 20 million company units, at a price of C$0.10 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to C$2 million.
